Forward collision warning

Every new Tucson comes with this feature, including the hybrid SUV variants. Automatic emergency braking is applied if the driver doesn’t react in time. Pedestrian and cyclist detection is also on board, along with junction turning assistance.

Blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert

Drivers are kept aware of other vehicles in adjacent lanes, or approaching at right angles while reversing out of a parking space. This is another standard feature across the 2023 Tucson Hybrid lineup, although the top Limited trim also has a Blind View Monitor that displays the feed from cameras looking down the vehicle’s flanks. It’s activated at the same time as a turn signal.

360-degree camera system

Exclusive to the top Limited trim, this provides the driver with a complete view of what’s around the vehicle when maneuvering at low speeds.
